I’ve got a busy day ahead of me tomorrow and there will be no blogging (oh, sad!), so I’m getting in tomorrow’s post today. I just spent hours finally watching the last five episodes of Gilmore Girls. Phew. There was some excellent stuff, and even though I’ve never liked Logan and think he and Rory have zero believable chemistry, I teared up during their goodbye if only due to Alexis Bledel’s nice little acting job. Same goes for Lorelei and Luke. No chemistry. But Lauren Graham can do the job, and so I felt that one, too—though I always lose patience with her character being so intense. I mean, I’m all for the ultimatum, but shouldn’t you kind of maybe call up and say, “I’m going to lay an ultimatum on you and you have three hours to decide.” Asking for an instant answer after barging in on someone at work is never really going to yield the desired result, so why do it unless you are constantly trying to sabotage yourself. Which very well may be the case. But I liked it. It will be interesting to see where it goes next season and if the new writers can pull it all off.

Oh, so I’m officially not pregnant, which means I’m officially not PMSing anymore, and already I’m feeling optimistic and productive again. It’s crazy how our bodies work! It’s like a flip has been switched. While watching GG, I took care of things like forwarding our mail, and checked out what’s in the neighborhood of our sublet. It looks like I can walk 1.5 miles to a giant mall. So that’s something. If you haven’t discovered it yet, you should go play around at Google Local. It’s got some pretty nifty features.

Did anyone besides me see Lindsay Lohan on Letterman last night? I’m concerned. And it seems I’m not the only one.
