Video Tour Diary – Publication Day

A couple of quick links:

Here’s Episode 3 of the video tour diary. In this edition, I don’t go anywhere! But, I did want to capture publication day, which was indeed special. You’ll have to imagine the moment that the King’s English staff brought out a birthday cake for me and fifty people sang. I was too surprised to get out the camera, and also maybe I cried. Just a little. And not only because I’m turning 39. Watch for special guest appearances by your favorite Utah authors!

(If you have buffering issues, did you know that if you hit pause and then come back to it in a few minutes it should work without hiccups?)

    Congratulations on an awesome launch, Sara. Your reading and Q&A were wonderful, and I had a great time. And Gordon’s a cool guy too.

    Also, I started Once Was Lost that night before bed, intending to just read a few pages. Well, 50 pages later I was still reading and loving it.

    I recognized Squatter’s in that video….

    WHERE ARE YOU MOVING? (Emily: “That’s on my list of things to do before Sara moves.”)

    :-)

    @J.L. Powers, Actually it was an Einstein’s over by the book store! There no moving, yet. Emily’s just keeping a long list now that she fears my time is not indefinite…

    @Sara,

    It has that same brick background…I think that must be a Salt Lake City special. I remember going to a blues bar downtown that had a similar background, too.

    Glad you’re not moving too soon as I’m sure I’ll make another trip out to Salt Lake City to visit my brother in the near future and Emily promised that we’d try to get the 3 of us together when I come.
